Navia Dratp

Greetings,
For those that are interested in the
Navia Dratp
game, you can purchase the Start Set at any
Toy Kingdom
. Just look for where the Gundam model kits are stored, and you'll find it shoehorned there. !grr
It's a yellow box with a picture of 2 of the Navias, and is around 2,800 pesos.
If you want to get Boosters for the game... I only know of 2 places that have it. The first is
Smarty Toys
at 37-A Banawe Street, Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City, the other is
Happy Toys
near the Tutuban Center. Each booster is around 350 pesos each, and contains 3 figures.
There are 2 Booster packs...
Unleashed Darkness
(1st Booster Set) , and
Resurgence
(2nd Booster Set). Of the two, if you can get it from the States, get the Resurgence Booster Set since it has a better ratio of rare to normal than the 1st Booster Set.

This is a very strategic game that has elements of Chess and a miniatures game. I dub it Hyperchess!!! I like it. hehe

Victor,
Thanks a lot for the info. I had heard about this game some time ago but never really learned much about it. After seeing your copy at the April open meet, I was impressed by the components. I looked it up at Boardgamegeek and saw that the reviews were quite good. So I decided to pick up a copy.
I got mine at Toy Kingdom in SM Makati for P2,650. I'm looking forward to playing it. I might hunt down a few boosters later if I like it enough and want to add variety to the game.

@Brel, which SM Branch did you see the Navia Kit? I was looking for it at Toy Kingdom Megamall and didn't find any.

If you can't find the Navia Dratp box near the Gundam kits, try asking the attendants there. A few months back, when I was looking for them at MegaMall, the boxes weren't on display, but rather were in a round podium that was facing away from the aisle. So I had to ask them where it was.
For those that can reach SM SouthMall, there are around 4 boxes visible. You can find them near the Gundam model kits, but amongst the Japanese action figures.

Yes I saw it there, iirc it was to the far left (upon entering the store). It does look very interesting but I'm trying to practice expense management now

I did ask, but they all gave me a blank look lol .. thanks guys I'll probably go and have a look-see this weekend. But I read that the starter of Navia should already cost less like 15-20 since bandai slashed the prices a few months ago.

That's the US price for their Starter Kits. Please note that the US Starter Kits are only one Navia force set - the Red Starter Kit is Navia Debora & her Masetai, while the Blue Starter Kit is Navia Estelle & her Masetai.
The price of the Asian-Edition Yellow Starter Kit is 2,650 php. The box is rather large, around the size of a Monopoly box.

Understandable.
I'll always bring my copy to the OPEN MEET and for the rest of the days, I'm willing to lend it out (just make sure to return it in the same state and with all the plastic bags still there).
I live in BF Resort, Las Pinas. So if you want, Howl, we can meet somewhere and you can borrow my copy in order to get a feel of the game.
If you do like the game, I suggest you just go after the Booster Packs instead and build your own Masetai army (assuming you can find any of the Boosters that is), unless you want your own copy of the board and gems.

To everyone still wanting a set; Hobbes and Landes G5 just slashed the prices for their remaining sets to 1300++.
Bought one - is there anyone out there who can score me a seven boosters or so? I'm thinking that would get me the right amount to statistically make random games whenever I and any opponent want to play.
