Its available na sa Datablitz. Smiley Just saw it knina sa Datablitz Festival Mall.

haw mats? I don't mind purchasing this. Although i havent played 1 and 2, i am a big Tactics fan. The story really got me hooked back in Tactics and I think this is a worthwhile purchase. Off to spend yet again!

ive had several sleepless nights playing this game. the detail is AWESOME!! my pc upgrade was too costly but it was all worth it for fallout 3. i played the first 2 games but was not able to finish them. combat can done either using VATS (action points-based) or in realtime (like your favorite FPS). both combat system has their own advantage over the other.

@maskmanjoe, if you are looking for a Tactics-heavy game, you might be disappointed with fallout3. there is very little you can do to coordinate combat with your allies. you basically give them food, meds, armor and weapons. in combat, there are a few commands you can give to them but i don't think those commands will really help in your party tactics. in line with this, i suggest you try out mass effect instead. it received very good reviews as well as an rpg. it has implemented a unique combat tactics system that you can play with in the midst of a battle.

no worries there joegravy. I've been loosing some sleep over Fallout 3 over the last month as well, and I'm loving it! I was expecting an FPS experience off the bat so I was happy strafing against Gatling gun-clad Supermutants Cheesy I'll echo your comment about the detail: ITS AWESOME! down to every bit of detail in its highly interactive environment. I dunno if its really part of the system, but several times I've blown my sneaking cover because I hit a drum over and baddies came rushing at me. Haven't finished it yet but raving about it as well

Yes, I agree that Fallout 3 is an awesome game.  It feels like the first time I played Oblivion again - may tingling sensation.  hahaha  Cheesy  The engine is much improved in this one and the Character Stats/Perks system that is in the past two Fallout games is successfully carried here as well.  I try to control my addiction to this game but the force is strong...  Grin

I'm loosing a lot of sleep over this game too! DAMN YOU FALLOUT 3!!!

Where are you guys in the game?

I'm still at the early stages and at level 6.  I'm having a hard time going to rivet city because of the supermutants inhabiting the area.  Any tips in getting around them?  Any tips in getting more caps?  Has anyone found out the parts needed to make weapons?

At level 6 and already braving the distance to Rivet City? Cheesy Kung sabagay, thats the beauty of Fallout 3, though the quests are linear the system doesnt prevent you from "doing as you please". I'm at level 9 and I still havent gone to Rivet, still doing the quest for Three Dog about the new broadcast dish. I'm going through each side quest as well just to get the extra good stuff around

For supermutants, I suggest picking them off little-by-little from a distance via a good sniper rifle and VATS (aim for the weapon so they drop it) then move to a good assault rifle when they come close (again, more VATS). Sometimes, a good shotgun to the face at close range can speed up the damage dealing, plus--especially if you've got Bloody Mess perk--some nice gory fireworks Cool

I already have 2 schematics and I've only managed to collect enough junk for a Shishkebab Cheesy Trick for getting stuff you need: CLICK ON EVERYTHING! Just be careful if what you're clicking on is already owned by someone, lest you are going down the bad karma track

im at level 9 as well and am facing several brutes in near the washington monument. i focused on small guns, repair and sneak abilities. i don't find any need to get any power armors just yet because its too damn heavy.

i have schematics for shishkebab and rock-it launcher as well. shishkebab is a very good melee weapon and mine is already worn out by finishing off brutes. my companion, dogmeat, does a good job distracting brutes while i pick their heads off using my assault rifle at a near point blank range.

i took my time by trying to play each sub-quests i can find (dad can wait!!). i am still keeping a vault 101 suit in my inventory (probably because im just so sentimental).

bethesda will be releasing expansions to the game to bring in mor quests. hopefully, im done with my first playthrough by then.

i think the challenge is not how to beat the game (that part is very enjoyable) but how to fight the urge to play when your body already needs to rest.

Awesome game. Finished it at level 20 two weeks ago and I'm planning on giving it another go as soon as I finish Witcher Smiley

If you're in the Washington area, I suggest visiting the Lincoln wing of the Museum of National History so you can pick up the the best rifle in the game. Just keep a lot of hunting rifles handy for spare parts and .44 magnum for ammo Smiley

I finished the game a week after release...
Its more oblivion than fallout.

The setting is nice, and exploring the world in 3d is fun but the game is easy with vats. the skills are easy to increase and the main quest is very easy

Right now I'm hooked on FM09

More fallout 3 love. Some girl made a fallout-themed monopoly set for her boyfriend. Good job!  Cheesy  Still doesn't make FO3 any better though.
