TabletopWars.com is inviting all groups/clubs/organizations who are into the tabletop gaming hobby to join the TabletopWars.com website as a "Member Group".

- Moderator control for managing your roster of group members
- Allowed to join group related contests and promos
- Free promotion of your group in all TabletopWars.com managed events/activities
How to JoinIf you have a group/club/organization related to the tabletop gaming, you are eligible to join TabletopWars.com as a "Member Group".
[REQUIREMENT #1] Just register at least one (1) account in the TabletopWars.com website. Thereafter, post a request to join as "Member Group" in this thread.
If your group has a logo, please do send it to us as well. It will be used as reference to create the
Member Group Badge for placement in the footer section of most pages in the TW website. Please send us the logo in .JPG or .GIF format. The higher the resolution the better.
If you have some background in graphics software, you may also want to send us the correct badge of your group already so we can automatically include it in the footer section. Specifications for this badge:
- 88x28 pixels
- Has 1 pixel external black border
- Has 1 pixel internal white border

[REQUIREMENT #2] You must also specify at least one (1) member in your group to be your Group Moderator. This is so we can provide him the power to manage your group's Member's List.
[REQUIREMENT #3] Lastly, you have to post an introductory thread about your group in the
Clubs, Groups, & Communities topic. To see a sample, visit
this link.
After posting your Group info, we will create your Badge, that is if you've submitted any logo, then place it in the footer section of each page and link it to your Group's thread.
Summary of Requirements- Minimum of one (1) active group Member registered in the TabletopWars.com website
- Specify at least one (1) group/club Moderator
- Post an introduction thread about your group in the Clubs, Groups, & Communities topic. Your private Media Gallery will be created by a TW Admin upon meeting all the requirements above.
