I found no company profile for Thoughthammer.com which is an online board games retailer.  But I found several positive reviews in the net.  I tried ordering from them recently but they don't currently ship to the Philippines.  They only ship to countries that accept Paypal deposit and withdrawal.  Since the Philippines recently was accepted by Paypal for both services, I have requested from Thoughthammer to also ship to our country.  I hope they consider it.

Try our trollandtoad.com if you want to ship to the Philippines.
They have always been good to me and I've ordered several times from them with no problems. I ship via Fedex so I dont have to deal with customs and package tracking is available.

If you want to ship to someone in the US who'll bring the games home for you, try superherogameland.com
They have free shipping for US$125 orders and up. Package tracking available too which is always a good thing.

Yes, they now ship to the Philippines but the shipping & handling cost alone is about more than 100% of your total amount of purchase.
