hi guys just wanted to help promote Tradeport.com.ph They are aiming to be a local Amazon.com and they are tied up with a number of interesting partners. in particular I am looking at Fullybooked and DASH. The former is the well loved bookstore chain while the latter is the sister store for Hobbes and Landes.

I like the fact that they deliver straight to your door and are organizing their own delivery system to accommodate orders.

I'm planning to try them out and will probobly post my experience here

It would be better if they also had products that are not already available locally so we could order them here and not be bogged down by horrendous customs fees and shipping.

Browsing through their products, you would notice that the prices are mall prices so don't expect to save by buying here. Only thing going for them as far as I can see is that you do your mall shopping in the comfort of your own home plus they have different payment options.

Oh, and when you said they were aiming to be a local Amazon.com, I didn't know you meant they "literally" wanted to look like amazon  Well, if the format ain't broken, why change it eh?

Hoping to see them get more partners, especially international ones, in the future.
