Looks like Gladiator and Colosseum combined with more complex rules. Does Caesar get to visit the games?

Well, Caesar could have been in the audience in Roma but the House of Carolus prevailed by earning more glory than House Marcus, Constantinus & Fitness Forstus Smiley

Munera Ars Dimicandi, the 1st expansion is out already. I want to try this out this week. It makes the game faster Smiley

Game when you are! But was the turn order issue(s) affected or resolved in any way?

Turn order is still part of the strategy... but gameplay is faster, more streamlined, and no more dice needed Smiley

I was watching Spartacus Blood and Sand last night.  Couldn't help but go "uh oh...looks like he rolled a really low number" on some of the fight sequences when a guy was losing.  Or a particularly gruesome hit would be "Siguradong he rolled a 0.  Check for accidental death"

Ok Caesar lovers!  How about a Republic of Rome session?

As I noted in the other thread, I'm interested. But RoR requires a bit of time so we need to sked this many weeks in advance.
