As for multi-player, the time will be greatly impacted by whether or not you are doing team play. The groups style will be the major determining factor. If you like a lot of diplomacy, the game could slow to a crawl.

Mounted board means the map is placed on hard solid board kinda like your old monopoly or Sorry! boards.  If map isn't mounted its like your paper maps or 1st-2nd edition twilight struggle soft card board maps.

Actually, I'm kinda interested too.  I've searched the usual sites - BGG, Consimworld and GMT but there doesn't seem to be any availabe rules for download.  There are AAR and design discussions which could help you get a peek into this game at least. 

I think SEXXX is a great abbreviation for this game!  Grin
