Board games seem to be trending in movies. Knights of Badassdom uses LARPers for its story and characters, while I just read about the upcoming Battleship movie. I'm not sure of past movies that are related to board games, but I'm guessing they didn't come out close to one another.
I wonder what other board game related stuff they'll be using for movies soon?
