Definitely a cute game and fun game, just not great game. If Descent or Mansions of Madness is the blonde bimbo of gaming, SDE is the jailbait/loli.

QFT. This game is perfect for times people want a lighthearted dungeon crawl without having to spend the whole afternoon. I'd rank this higher than D&D actually

A light dungeon crawl that plays fast. It still has enough room for more depth as expansions come out. I find the Heroes rather resilient though and look forward to tougher opponents for them.

Played two games where the Consul won both games. I think it's pretty balanced Smiley

Okay lang, but I still feel the Heroes have an edge at present at least in the 8-bit version. More likely sa Super mas balanced.

Bad rolls (missed attacks AND no healing) can mean a quick end for the heroes actually, and abilities like the MOB attribute of kobolds can deal serious damage if not properly managed. I think its mechanically and thematically sound

true. Cuts both ways though. I still think that with reasonable rolls on both sides the heroes still have a better chance since they can share potion rolls and heart rolls among the team.
