Interesting game.
Can probably played like a forum game. Haven't finished reading the rules yet because its long. You can find the rules here:

I've played this IRL. It's hilarious. We ended up with "most money in wallet wins immediately". I think I won that.
Oddly enough, one of the players (Celsus) decided to forfeit rather than show his wallet.
Probably it's better as a PBF/PBEM game, yeah!
