It just occurred to me that we are 11 months old. Next month is the First Birthday of Gaming Library.

As I sat down late last year in silence to start aligning the plans of Gaming Library for the next 5 years, I wondered..
What would it take to turn a river into an OCEAN.

I went back to the basics. There are 3 principles I have always leaned on in doing business.
There's always a way for everyone to win. If not, then seek another path.
Create Blue Oceans and never turn them Red.
Profit is society's way of saying job well done. It is just the icing on a cake. (And thus, should never be the goal) -paraphrased from Francis Kong.
And this my dear friends and family is the foundation of Gaming Library's vision and Mission.

To be the preferred partner of the family in creating moments of togetherness while simultaneously developing its member’s intellect and social skills.

OUR MISSION
We aim to strengthen family ties through the creation of a fun yet mentally stimulating atmosphere to be provided by board games, allowing parents and children to share their lives/spend quality time together, while gaining relevant skills and practicing critical thinking that they can apply in their daily lives.
We aim to create a new image of board games as tools not just for entertainment but also to prove that it is an effective means of education.

In order to achieve this vision of creating an even BIGGER BLUE OCEAN, Gaming Library would need to reach out to more people, to share with them the spirit of the hobby. This would mean more programs and initiatives targeting new players. However, I want to make sure my loyal members are taken care of at the same time as you are the reason why Gaming Library has been successful up to this point.

Thus, I am introducing the PSE program (Philippine Stock Exchange -> Play Share Earn) because this way I know everyone will end up with a

The PSE program enables everyone to become a possible stockholder of Gaming Library and a particular GAME designer. Yes that's right! You can now have passive income while doing the things you love the most, all the while making a significant contribution to the community and society. By joining, you will be having STOCKS! The even better part? You don't even have to have cash to get STOCKS!

"WHAT? Show me the money!"

How does this work then?

Simple. For every particular game that Gaming Library sells that you have a stock of, you will gain dividends (Cash or Store credit). Ears tingling?

Here's how it will work. Gaming Library will allot a maximum 3% of the revenue to the PSE program. So at the end of the quarter, if Gaming Library sold 10 copies of Summoner Wars Master set then computations as follows:

10 SW Master Set = 2,200 * 10 * 0.03 = 660php / number of shareholders. = dividends The best part about it? You simply have to join in, play and share

How to join?

Simple. First, like this post (Like buttom below).
Pick any particular game ( You can choose any number and any title of the game), write a good written review. The review will be posted on this site and will serve as evidence and certificate that you have a stock in that/those game/s. That's it!

"That's it? Wait, I must maximize this potential! How do I increase my share of a particular stock?"

Only ONE REVIEW PER PERSON will be posted for each game. To increase the number of stocks you have of that particular game, SHARE AND HAVE OTHERS LIKE your review (each share or like adds 1 additional stock for that particular game)

So assuming person A and B have written a review for SW Master set and taking the given example above.

10 SW Master Set = 2,200 * 10 * 0.03 = 660php / (person A stock (1) + person B stock (1)). = 330php per person!

If person A's review has gotten 2 likes.

10 SW Master Set = 2,200 * 10 * 0.03 = 660php / (person A stock (2) + person B stock (1)) = 220php per share or

Person A share (2) * 220php = 440php
Person B share (1) * 220php = 220php

Some guidelines:
Reviews will be screened for grammatical errors. You can use English or Filipino.
Not all reviews will be posted. The review must be really a review. -- be informative.
Please cite your sources. Do NOT copy paste from other people. People caught doing so will be banned from this program. I read tons of reviews a day, I will know, please do not test me.
You can use pictures (they are definitely a plus!)
Citation can be as informal as saying sources : <links / books>

Some tips and tricks:
Give good detailed and concise reviews. You want the game that you have a stock of to increase in value!
Share with your friends and demo the game to them! Remember you are a stockholder of that game and you want it to flourish.
Share your reviews and ask people to like them. The more weight enables you to gain control or dominance!:)
